I recently had the pleasure of staying at Queen and I must say, it exceeded my high expectations in several key areas. The air conditioning was a standout feature, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat, and the comfort of the bed was on par with upscale hotels I've experienced in the U.S. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily without any intrusion on my personal items. the welcoming and helpful staff went above and beyond, promptly resolving a minor issue with my room key with utmost professionalism. I was also pleased to discover that the location was ideal, just a short walk from the metro and near a variety of delightful dining options.
